Each pizza is perfectly baked in our Italian stone oven giving a light crisp fresh tasting Pizza. Our ingredients are fresh and delicious and like our chef he is imported from Italy.

All our pizzas are prepared on handmade hand stretched dough with our tomato and fresh basil sauce and 100% mozzarella.

Our Sicilian Head Chef, Stefano Bocincontro prepares freshly made Italian cuisine from our Central London kitchens. Lovingly prepared dough prepared daily is mixed with fresh ingredients.

We use imported mozzarella.

Our Head chef, Stefano Bocincontro and our Pizza Chef, Rudy Ferraro are cousins and family rivalry in the kitchen produces the finest pizzas imaginable. Stefano Bonincontro and Rudy Ferraro are Sicilian cousins.
